Safer Drivers Course in Five Dock & Inner West (20 Logbook Hours)
For learner drivers working towards their 120 mandatory logbook hours, the Safer Drivers Course is the premier way to fast-track your progress. Completing this 5-hour program earns you 20 bonus hours credited straight into your NSW logbook.
TRANSPORT FOR NSW ENTRY REQUIREMENT:
Learners must have logged at least 50 actual on-road logbook hours (excluding 3-for-1 instructor bonus hours), including a minimum of 10 night hours before attending.

What Does the Course Involve?
- Module 1: A 3-hour interactive group workshop focusing on low-risk driving behaviours, hazard perception, safe following distances, speed management and managing peer pressure.
- Module 2: A 2-hour practical in-car coaching session with another learner in a dual-controlled vehicle to apply defensive driving techniques in real Sydney traffic conditions.
The course fee is $140 (or free for eligible concession card holders). Both modules are completed on the same day.
